: The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Alborz University of Medical Sciences (code: IR.ABZUMS.REC.1400.326). All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations (declaration of Helsinki). All participants were informed the aims of the study and Not only, the top part of the questionnaire stated “Participation in this research is voluntary. Please complete the questionnaire if you are willing and satisfied”, but this phrase was also expressed by the researchers when distributing the questionnaires. Then the questionnaire was given to the student who had verbally expressed his desire and satisfaction. Even the students had the option not to complete the questionnaire after seeing the questions if they did not want to. In this way, informed consent was obtained from all participants.
