If any participant decided not to participate, it would not impact their job conditions Any modifications to the protocol which may impact on the conduct of the study, potential benefit of the student’s or may affect safety, including changes of study objectives, study design, patient population, sample sizes, study procedures, or administrative aspects will require a formal amendment to the protocol. Such amendment will be agreed upon by the vice chancellor of research and Ethics committee of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences.The Ethics Committee of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences has approved this research, with the ethics code. Before participating in the study, all participants were given a detailed explanation of the study's objectives. They were informed that their participation was optional and that the results would be published as a group. If any participant decided not to participate, it would not impact their job conditions, and another person could take their place. Once the participants provided their written informed consent, they were given questionnaires to complete. To ensure confidentiality, codes were used instead of names.
