: This study did not involve human participants, human data, or human tissue, and consisted solely of secondary analysis of publicly available examination questions and answer keys. According to the guidelines of the Research Ethics Committee of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, ethical approval is not required for studies involving publicly available data without any human subject interaction.
