Participation in the study was voluntary, and survey data were handled confidentially and anonymously. An explanation of the study was included in the preamble of the online survey and consent to participate was obtained by participants clicking to proceed to the next page of the survey (ie, “By clicking NEXT PAGE, you are verifying that you have read the explanation of the study, and that you agree to participate”).
