: Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was approved by the University of Newcastle Human Research Ethics Committee as a low-risk project; approval number: H-2022-0392. Separate research governance authorisation was obtained from site institutions: Hunter New England Local Health District (HNELHD): AR20230405_Nair and Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD): 0323–024 C. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations of University of Newcastle Human Research Ethics Committee, including the acquisition of survey and interview consent.
