This study received ethical approval from the National Center for the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine Education and Medical Ethics Committee of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and strictly adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki and Belmont Report principles.2. Participants provided informed consent via Wenjuanxing platform, with guaranteed anonymity and voluntary withdrawal rights. All data were anonymized, aggregated to prevent re-identification, and excluded sensitive content, ensuring no participant risks. The study focused exclusively on academic engagement patterns in TCM education, avoiding sensitive topics and ensuring no physical or psychological impacts on participants.3. When recruiting participants, strive to ensure a balanced gender ratio and examine the potential impact of gender on results during data analysis. The research focuses on academic behaviors in traditional Chinese medicine education, avoiding topics that may trigger cultural conflicts, such as religious beliefs and family values. The questionnaire design has been reviewed by an ethics committee and experts, with expressions likely to carry cultural biases being removed.
