: According to Brown University’s Office of Research Integrity, this study was determined not to involve human subjects as defined by DHHS and FDA regulations* (*Protection of Human Subjects, 45 CFR.§ 46, 21CFR56.102) and therefore did not require review by the Institutional Review Board (IRB). It was classified as a program evaluation. Similarly, the Research Ethics Committee of the School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia (Komisi Etika Penelitian Fakultas Kedokteran dan Ilmu Kesehatan Unika Atma Jaya) reached the same conclusion. The research adhered to ethical guidelines, and all participants provided informed consent prior to taking part. This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki.
