: This mixed-methods study uses a convergent parallel design. Quantitative and qualitative data were collected and analysed separately and then integrated (highlighting points of convergence and divergence) to produce the overall results. Questionnaires were analysed via descriptive statistics and participant interviews were reflexively thematically analysed; the questionnaire responses supplement the qualitative data. (N.B. Clinical Trial number not applicable.)
