: According to national and institutional regulations, the study was exempt from mandatory ethical review as it involved no physical or psychological risks and relied exclusively on anonymized, non-invasive data. According to Article 37a of the Polish Pharmaceutical Law Act (Dz.U. 2001 Nr 126 poz. 1381, as amended) and § 3 item 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Health on Good Clinical Practice (Dz.U. 2012 poz. 489). The study was conducted as a cross-sectional, web-based survey followed the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and the European GDPR regulations applicable to research involving human participants. Informed consent was obtained from all adult students prior to data collection.
