: The study was approved by the clinical research ethics committee for Clinical Research of Talavera de la Reina (Spain) (File 23/2017). The study was not registered as a Clinical Trial; therefore it has no Clinical Trial Number. Details of the study design, statistical analysis plan and raw data are available online. All subjects signed written informed consent, in line with the Declaration of Helsinki. No one received compensation or was offered any incentive to participate in this study. Before the practice, the subjects were informed about the general aims of the study, and their anonymity was guaranteed and filled in the consent forms. The students were advised that they could withdraw from the study at any time and that there would be no academic impact because of this withdrawal.
