: This study was conducted in accordance with the code of ethics of the World Medical Association (Declaration of Helsinki). There were no experiments or interventions involving human participants or animals, as the workshop was a regular part of the core curriculum. According to national law, research ethics committee approval was not required for the workshop evaluation, which is considered a quality improvement activity, therefore requiring no further oversight by an ethics committee. The relevant legislation in this case is Berufsordnung für die Ärzte Bayerns (Professional Regulations for Doctors in Bavaria): . Survey participation was anonymous, only limited personal data and therefore no identifiable data was collected. Participation in all aspects of the project was entirely voluntary. Students were informed about the purpose and details of the project and could refuse to participate or discontinue participation at any time without consequences. Verbal consent was obtained from all participants. Participants completing the questionnaire were considered to have given their informed consent and were included in the evaluation report. To ensure participant anonymity, no additional informed consent form was required. The survey data was processed confidentially, anonymously and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations of the European Union.
