: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki for medical research involving human participants []. The Danish Ethical Committee reviewed the project and determinated that formal ethics approval was not required for this study. The study was also registered with the Data Protection Agency, Aalborg University. The participating medical students and junior residents were informed about the project prior to each observation and group interview, including their right to withdraw at any time. Before each observation and group interview, informed consent was obtained confirming their agreement to participate and for their data to be used. All quotations and personally identifiable information were fully pseudonymised. In this article, each participant is identified by a number.
