Ethics approval to conduct the study was granted by the Busitema University Faculty of Health Sciences Research Ethics Committee (BUFHS-2023-79). Written informed consent was obtained from the educators before recruitment into the study. There was no coercion for participation in the study, and a participant was free to withdraw from the study at any time. The data collected was kept in a locked folder on the computer’s hard drive, which was password-protected and only accessible to the investigators.
