: IEC approval was obtained from the Institutional ethics committee. Online informed consent was obtained from the respondents as a part of survey questionnaire. Confidentiality and anonymity maintained. All the procedures were followed in accordance with the ethical standards of the responsible committee on human experimentation (institutional or regional) and with the Helsinki Declaration of 1975.The current study was approved by the institutional ethics committee of St John’s Medical College, Hospital.
