: This was a retrospective observational study for which data—portfolios and reflective writings—were collected during clinical practice for educational purposes, without the involvement of patients and relatives. Consequently, the internal regulations of the relevant hospital body (Scientific CME Committee of Reggio Emilia) waived the need of ethics approval and informed consent procedures. Under analysis, each document was coded, anonymized, and analyzed in aggregate form, ensuring the confidentiality of participants. The study was conducted following the Declaration of Helsinki and local regulatory requirements.
