: This research adhered to the Ethical Guidelines for Life Science and Medical Research Involving Human Subjects and was approved by the Ethical and Research Committee at the Lebanese International University (LIU) under the number 2024ERC-050-LIUSOP. Informed consents were obtained from all participants prior to study inclusion where the students had to agree to participate in the study before survey access. It was made clear that refusal to participate would not be reflected in the grades awarded. Moreover, this was an observational quasi-experimental study that did not involve any invasive treatment or intervention.
