: This study did not require formal ethical approval according to French national regulations, as it did not involve any sensitive personal data, medical procedures, or vulnerable populations. Participants were all adults and voluntarily completed the anonymous questionnaire following an educational session. According to the French Public Health Code (Code de la santé publique – Article R1121-1), studies conducted for the purpose of evaluating pedagogical interventions without collecting personal health data are exempt from ethics committee review.
