: This study was approved by The University of Auckland Human Participants Ethics Committee on 31/03/2023 for three years (Reference number UAHPEC 25752). Participants accessed the anonymous online questionnaire via a secure link, which included a Participant Information Sheet outlining the study’s purpose, procedures, and their rights. By starting the questionnaire, participants acknowledged that they had read and understood the information provided and agreed to take part in the study. This process was approved by The University of Auckland Human Participants Ethics Committee as evidence of informed consent, and the requirement for separate signed consent forms was formally waived. Participation was entirely voluntary and anonymous. The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki ( ).
: The Participant Information Sheet informed participants that all data collected through the digital questionnaire would remain anonymous. This data will be securely stored on the University of Auckland server in a password-protected electronic folder. It will remain under embargo until either the data is published in a manuscript, or two years have passed since collection—whichever occurs first. Following publication, the data will be made openly accessible under a Creative Commons license and will be citable as a standalone dataset. By starting the questionnaire, participants confirmed they had read and understood this information and agreed to take part in the study.
