: As per Section 4.10.2 of the National Ethical Guidelines for Biomedical and Health Research Involving Human Participants (2017) by the Indian Council of Medical Research for review of multicentric research, a common ethical clearance was granted for all five participating medical institutions by the Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC Reg.
