: The establishment of the Comprehensive Care Dentistry Clinic at CMH Lahore Medical and Dental College was formally approved by the Chief Executive and the administrative leadership of the institution. The clinic’s framework, scope of services, and operational protocols were reviewed and refined through a series of administrative meetings and internal evaluations. Prior to its official launch, a detailed mock run of the clinic’s functioning was conducted to ensure alignment with institutional standards, patient safety guidelines, and educational objectives. The project was authorized and implemented as part of the college’s strategic development of integrated, patient-centered dental care and clinical training. All clinical audits and subsequent publication of the results was authorized by the Dean of the dental institute.Prior to all clinical audits and feedback, informed consent was obtained from all stakeholders and participants. All methods and procedures were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations (Declaration of Helsinki).
