: Advice was sought from UCL Research Ethics Committee. As a service evaluation with no pre-determined standards, this study was deemed exempt from ethics approval. The evaluation did not involve any changes to the service being delivered for the purpose of the review. Additionally, the NHS HRA REC toolkit was used ( ) and deemed this study not to require formal ethics approval.The need for informed consent to participate was deemed unnecessary by UCL Research Ethics Committee. Feedback was acquired anonymously on an entirely voluntary basis as part of a service evaluation.
