: The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of The First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University (Approval No: CHEC2024-168; Date of Approval: 2024-09-15). All procedures were conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional research committee and the Declaration of Helsinki, and the study was designed and reported in adherence to CONSORT-style guidelines for educational interventions. Throughout the research process, input from key stakeholders-including students, faculty, and parents-was solicited during the design phase to ensure relevance and feasibility; however, they were not involved in the implementation or interpretation of results. Prior to enrolment, informed consent was obtained from all participants. To safeguard participant well-being, ongoing monitoring for unintended negative psychological or emotional effects was incorporated into the intervention follow-ups. No such adverse events were identified.
