: This study was conducted in strict accordance with the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. The study proposal was approved by the IRB of the Faculty of Medicine, Mansoura University (R.24.08.2756). Permissions were obtained from the Vice Dean for Education and Students’ Affairs, as well as from the heads of relevant hospital departments and training centers. During their training, students were supervised at all times by student supervisors and two teaching staff members from each department to ensure patient safety and proper guidance throughout the process. The training and study purpose were explained to participants during an orientation session, and informed consent was confirmed. Participation in both the training and the study was voluntary, with the option to withdraw at any time without repercussions. Confidentiality was maintained, and questionnaire responses were accessed only by the study authors and training organizers.
