: For this study, an ethical review and approval by the Ethics Committee of the Rhineland-Palatinate State Medical Association was waived because the project was primarily a quality assurance of education and training. The managing physician of the Ethics Committee has confirmed this by message. For this reason, there is no procedure number for this study. The Ethics Committee of the Rhineland-Palatinate State Medical Association is an independent institution responsible for all physicians working with the jurisdiction of the Rhineland-Palatinate State Medical Association. The study complies with the Declaration of Helsinki and informed consent for participation was obtained from all participants in accordance with the requirements of the ethics committee. All participants were fully informed about the study in advance and participated voluntarily.
