: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.The study plan was approved by the research committees of the participating Universities of Applied Sciences. According to the Regional Medical Research Ethics Committee of Eastern Finland Collaborative Area, ethical committee evaluation was not required, as the study did not involve human subjects and was based on a questionnaire focusing solely on educational content. The need for ethical committee approval was therefore waived in accordance with Finnish research legislation, as no health-related or sensitive personal data were collected. Participation in the study was voluntary, and the General Data Protection Regulation was followed throughout the research process.
