All participants received a detailed information sheet explaining the study’s purpose, procedures, and assurances of anonymity and confidentiality. Participation was entirely voluntary, and written informed consent was obtained prior to data collection. Pharmacists completed a paper-based, self-administered questionnaire on-site at their convenience, with research assistants available only to address non-clinical queries. Completed surveys were collected immediately to maintain data integrity and protect participant confidentiality.
