: This study was submitted to the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UTSW) Human Research Protection Program (HRPP), acting on behalf of the Institutional Review Board (IRB), for review. The HRPP determined that the project did not meet the criteria for human subjects research under 45 CFR 46.102 and therefore did not require IRB approval or oversight. Written and verbal permission was obtained from students to record interactions occurring during standard educational activities in a manner consistent with UTSW policies and procedures and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232 g; 34 CFR Part 99).
