: Approval for this research was granted by the Research Ethics Committee of Alborz University of Medical Sciences (IR.XXX.REC.1401.185). Before their participation, students were provided with both verbal and written explanations concerning the study’s objectives, emphasizing the voluntary aspect and anonymity of their involvement, along with the confidentiality of their information. Furthermore, participants were informed of their right to withdraw from the study at any point, without any pressure to continue if they felt uncomfortable or wished to change their minds. Informed consent was obtained from all subjects. All methods were carried out according to relevant guidelines and regulations. This study adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki.
