Since survey data were collected anonymously and could not be linked to individuals, the study did not process personal data, nor were any interventions made involving participants. Consequently, the Swedish Ethical Review Authority determined that no ethical assessment was required and had no objections to the study (diary number 2023-07135-01). The study was also approved by the Cyprus National Bioethics Committee (diary number 2023.01.276). Informed consent for participation was obtained by participants as part of the survey and as indicated and approved in the application to the Cyprus National Bioethics Committee.
