: The study was approved by the Clinical Research Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University (PJ 2025-05-84). All participants provided electronic informed consent prior to completing the survey. The first page of the online questionnaire contained a digital informed consent form, and only students who clicked the “Agree” option were allowed to proceed to the survey. Participants were informed that participation was voluntary and that they could withdraw at any time without any academic or administrative penalty. I confirm that all methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines. All procedures were performed in accordance with the ethical standards laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments.
