: Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, SIMAD University, Mogadishu, Somalia (Ref#: 2025/SU-IRB/FMHS/P0024). Informed consent was obtained from all participants after a clear explanation of the study objectives and procedures was provided. Participation was voluntary, and respondents were informed of their right to withdraw at any stage without consequences.
