: The project was submitted to the cantonal ethics committee of Bern and was found to not require ethical approval (BASEC-No.: Req-2025–01083), as the study does not fall within the scope of the Swiss Federal Human Research Act (SR 810.30). Students voluntarily provided anonymous data as part of routine course evaluation, with the option not to participate. Participants were informed that their responses would be used for educational quality improvement and may contribute to research on healthcare education.
