: The Medical Research Ethics Committee in Stockholm, Sweden, approved the study (Dnr: 2023-05099-01). This study has been designed in accordance with the ethical principles for research described by the International Council of Nurses and the Declaration of Helsinki, with researchers ensuring anonymity, integrity, and participant confidentiality [ , ]. All participants received written and verbal information about the study at the beginning of their introduction; they were told that their participation was voluntary and they had the right to withdraw at any time. Consent was also given before each interview. The confidentiality of the newly employed nurses was ensured, and no personal data was recorded.
