: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Ethics Committee of Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University (SMUREC) with the certificate number SMUREC/M/216/2021:IR. Participation in the study was entirely voluntary, and students were informed that they could withdraw at any time without penalty. Anonymity and confidentiality were strictly maintained throughout the research process, and no identifying information was collected or disclosed.
