: Ethical approval was granted from the sites involved in data collection: Newcastle University (2453/26903/2021), University of Ghana (00006220), Aga Khan University (2024/ISERC-76), and National Kenya Research License (NACOSTI/P/24/42220). The research was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The anonymity of all participants was guaranteed, and the workshop posed no risk to the participants. Participation in the workshops was not dependent upon completion of pre- and post-questionnaires, each participant gave informed consent to participate in the workshop and data collection. All data was collected and managed privately and securely, participants were informed that the data collected would remain anonymous and be pooled for data analysis and dissemination before completion of the questionnaires.
