: The study was conducted after obtaining ethical clearance (Ref: 484/IHEC-IBSEC/SIST dated 16th September 2025) from the Institutional Human Ethics Committee (IHEC) - Institutional Bio-Safety & Ethical Committee (IBSEC), Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai.
