: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Ethics Committee of Hainan Medical University (QJY202512006). Because this study focuses on a pedagogical intervention rather than a clinical medical trial involving patient treatments, the Ethics Committee classified it under a simplified review/exemption status. Consequently, as a teaching-based educational intervention, registration in a clinical trial registry was not required. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. Informed consent was obtained from all subjects involved in this study.
