: This study was approved by the Gazi University Ethics Commission, Ankara, Turkiye (Approval No. 2026 − 700). The study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and as a minimal-risk educational evaluation embedded within a structured rheumatology training activity. Participation was voluntary. Before completing the pre-test and post-test forms, participants were informed about the purpose of the evaluation, the voluntary nature of participation, and the confidential handling of their responses.
