: This study was approved by the Gazi University Ethics Commission, Ankara, Turkiye (Approval No. 2026 − 700). The study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and as a minimal-risk educational evaluation embedded within a structured rheumatology training activity. Participation was voluntary. Before completing the pre-test and post-test forms, participants were informed about the purpose of the evaluation, the voluntary nature of participation, and the confidential handling of their responses. Only those who indicated informed consent in the digital forms proceeded to the questionnaires.
