: All procedures performed in this study involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. Ethical approval was obtained from the Medical Ethical Review Board of the University Medical Centre Groningen by MDB and NB, both teachers in medicine and experienced in qualitative research (project ID: 15929). If potential participants expressed their interest in the study, an information letter and informed consent form were sent. After giving consent, the participants were included in the study and invited for an interview.
