: This study was approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee of Wenzhou Medical University Second Affiliated Hospital (Approval No. 2025-K-26-01, Supplementary File SDC9). Both the Delphi and cross-sectional surveys were conducted in accordance with ethical principles. Data collection was carried out between February 14 and March 28, 2025. All participants were fully informed about the study objectives and procedures. Informed consent was implied through voluntary completion of the questionnaire, as stated in the questionnaire introduction (Supplemental Digital Content 10). Participation was entirely voluntary. Measures were implemented to ensure anonymity, confidentiality, and data integrity, thereby protecting participants’ rights and promoting responsible conduct of research. As this study did not involve clinical interventions, trial registration was not required.
