Ethics approval and consent to participate: Participation in the study was voluntary, and informed consent was obtained from all participants after providing them with a clear explanation of the study’s purpose, procedures, and potential implications. Participants were assured of their right to withdraw at any time without any consequences. Data confidentiality and anonymity were maintained throughout the research process, with all responses securely stored and accessible only to the research team. The FGD recordings were used for research purposes only and were eliminated immediately after the analysis. The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Badr University in Cairo (Reg # IRB00014179), ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines for human subject research.
