Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was submitted to, reviewed by the A.T. Still University-Missouri School of Dentistry and Oral Health Institutional Review Board (ATSU-MOSDOH IRB) and determined to be exempt from full review as an educational evaluation involving anonymous survey data (IRB No. AO20251105-001). Participation in the evaluation was voluntary, and completion of the survey was considered implied informed consent. All responses were collected anonymously and contained no identifiable personal information. All procedures performed in this study involving human participants were conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments.
