Ethics approval and consent to participate: Before commencing the study, a formal opinion was obtained from the Bioethics Committee of Poznań University of Medical Sciences. According to statement No. KB–641/24, the Chair of the Committee confirmed that the study did not qualify as a medical experiment and, therefore, did not require ethical approval under Polish law or Good Clinical Practice (GCP).The study adhered to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and complied with applicable local and international ethical regulations governing research involving human participants.Participation was voluntary, and informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to data collection. Participants were also informed of their right to withdraw from the study at any time without any consequences.
