Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the local ethics committee of the Johannes Kepler University Linz.All participants were informed about the purpose and procedures of the study and provided written informed consent prior to participation.The porcine tissue was obtained from a local butcher. These tissues were by-products of the food industry and were not sourced from animals specifically sacrificed for study purposes. The material was provided free of charge as part of a sponsorship.No live animals were involved in this study, and therefore no additional ethical approval for animal experimentation was required.
