Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was conducted as part of a broader project on the knowledge, attitudes, and practices of multiple stakeholders regarding virtual consultation. The Vinmec and VinUniversity Institutional Review Board approved the project on August 22, 2024, under approval number 86/2024/QD-VMEC, before recruitment and data collection began in November 2024. All procedures followed the Declaration of Helsinki and relevant institutional regulations. Participation was voluntary, electronic informed consent was obtained before survey access, and the qualitative dataset was deidentified before analysis.
