Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University (2025 − 222). The study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study. Twenty participants were employees of the authors’ institution. To reduce potential bias, employees involved in the system’s development or internal evaluation were excluded from participation, and all participants were informed that their responses would not affect their employment or performance reviews, ensuring that no supervisory or hierarchical pressures influenced participation.
