Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was approved by the Regional Ethical Review Board in Stockholm (Dnr 2015/270–31/5).The participants were initially contacted by email and if they were willing to participate they obtained a document with information about the design and purpose of the study, including the following consent to participate statement: “Note that your participation is completely voluntary and that you, if you agree to participate, can withdraw your participation without presenting any reason for doing so. You also have a right to contact us at any time if you want to withdraw your participation. Participation in the study will not affect your employment or your professional position. No reward for participation will be obtained”. Verbal informed consent to participate was then obtained from each participant and documented in recording at the time of the interviews, which is sufficient according to the Swedish law. The verbal informed consent again followed the consent to participate statement as presented above.
