: The BeSt for Kids was approved by the Institutional Review Board at Leiden University Medical Center and written informed consent was obtained from all participants before enrolment in the BeSt for Kids study.This study and the consent procedure were approved by the IRB of the Leiden University Medical Center. Verbal consent was obtained from both parents and children, according to the Dutch Law (Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act (WMO) and Medical Treatment Agreement Act (WGBO) for studies with negligible risk and burden only verbal consent is necessary.
