Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was approved by the QIMR Berghofer Human Research Ethics Committee (P3246). Approval was granted for the collection of anonymous data. Participants were provided with an online written information sheet prior to starting the online questionnaire. Undertaking the questionnaire was considered implied consent, a consent process approved for this study by the previously stated HREC in accordance with <i>National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research 2007 (Updated 2018</i>), Section 2.2.5.
