: The study was approved by the TASO Research Ethics Committee (TASOREC/065/2019-UG-REC-009) and Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (UNCST) (SS 5120). The methods were carried out in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations such as the Declaration of Helsinki and the UNCST guidelines. All study participants were 18 years or older and provided written informed consent before recruitment into the study. Administrative clearance was also sought from all participating research institutions. No participant identifying information was recorded.
